A
significant exception to the rule of arranging books on the same subject
or with the same classification alphabetically by author is in the case
of biographies. The biography section of the library includes biographies
or books written about individuals as well as autobiographies written
about themselves. These books are assigned the number
92 and are arranged alphabetically by the name
of the person written about.
