A borrower's card is issued to all library users (students, faculty members and employees of the University) to enable them to borrow library materials for home reading. This card together with a countersigned ID must be presented each time library book is borrowed or returned. It is also presented when applying for library clearance.

A student borrower's card/ID is good only for the semester it is issued/countersigned.
