a) For Circulation Books kept beyond date due, the fine is P 1.00/day including Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays.

b) For Reserve Books returned after 8:30 a.m. the fine is .50/hour; when returned the following day, it is P 5.00/day.

c) Any student who fails to return a reference book, vertical files, and xeroxing of RUO materials.

1st offense - one-week suspension
2nd offense - one-month suspension
3rd offense - suspension of library privileges for 1 sem.
